Are Thornless Blackberries Sour

crucifix in the classroom

I happen today, following a brief exchange on B16, which continues to talk about freedom of speech (Mah ..) and ethical relativism (yes, better than the autocracy, as long as one them) , to speak with a person working next to me the "little things" that even the people who are not Catholic, do not give anything about the church and perhaps always vote for parties that there is more to the left (and I do not like to name here because I am now disgusted by all parties present ...), now not known as a force of habit instilled by centuries of persuasion.
Among them, the futility and error of the presence of Catholic symbols in the classroom.
I mean, public schools, secular state ... what is the symbol of a single religion - also want more followed here in Italy, all right, but a single religion.
And then this person was outraged: "yeah, but it's part of our culture" or, worse, "is to encourage integration." Why do you think, with the crucifix (which, I believe, is killed by a Jesus who does not tolerate), you learn to accept those who think differently, but at that point without any "Difference" would be dealt with racism. That is, an approval based on a white wall because racism (approval?), Who teaches a required to bear a symbol, and polite.
I'm sorry, have now won them the hidden persuasion is now genetically implanted and none ever free.
