
- 450 gr icing sugar
- 5 grams of gelatin (also called isinglass) - 30 g water
- 50 grams of glucose (or honey)
Procedure:
Soak gelatin in cold water for about 10 min, heated in a pot in the meantime the glucose (boliire should not!), add the jelly and its water and mix well.
Combine this point with the icing sugar, to facilitate the operation you can use a food processor or mixer.
Note: To color the dough just add natural color to the liquid or food before you add the sugar.
To get the seal of the pink cake for the christening, I used the filtered liquid from the strawberries.
